Booking

Our bookings can be made online or by phone (+32472 22 85 06 // +32475 57 24 76)

You will receive a booking offer by mail.
Your booking will be confirmed until an installment of 25% is receipt by our team.

The arrival hour at the apartment must be confirmed 72 hours before your arrival by phone or message.
We ask you to inform us of any eventual late on the day of your arrival.

Rental guarentee

A rental guarantee of 300€ must be deposited in CASH on the remittance of the keys . 
This security deposit is refunded on departure provided the apartment is in the initial state.

Check-in

The apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival.

You must announce your Check-in time 72 hours before the start of your stay and comfirm 1h before entering the apartment.

Check-out

The apartments must be vacated no later than 11 pm on the day of departure.
The start time must be reported to the manager the day of arrival.

Payment

The balance of your reservation must be paid no later than the day of the keys or by bank transfer 7 days before arrival (not valid proof of payment).

We only accept cash payments (€).
